Essential keyboard shortcuts

Note: C= means the keyboard key with the Commodore logo on it.

• Go to 'the menu'
  • Key: C= + restore

• Navigate with the WASD-keys
  • Key: W, A, S, D
• Go to 'advanced settings
  • Key: F2
• Shutting down the C64 instead of holding down the power button for 4 seconds
  • Key: F1 + select 'power and reset' ⇒ 'Power OFF'
• Swap joystick ports around (port 1 ⇔ port 2)
  • If you want to play a game that uses 'the other port' instead of changing them physically.
  • Key: C= + J
• To type additional characters within the WiFi Network Setup section for access point names or passwords
  • Shift + is {

  • Shift ↑ is ^
• To get past the display bug in selecting an Authentication Method within the WiFi Network Setup
  • You need to change the Color Scheme to 'Commodore 1' within the User Interface section.

• Load first program on disk
  • shift + run/stop
• Soft reset without clearing the memory
  • run/stop + restore

It is reported that if the mouse does not work C=+i can make a difference
